(NEW YORK)–AI VentureTech, Inc. outlines plans to develop an A.I. enabled penny stock trading algorithm, and tools for the automation of IR and shareholder communications.
Along with a host of other A.I. related research, the Company will be embarking on developing an A.I. enabled platform geared specifically towards trading a basket of Over the Counter (OTC) microcap stocks utilizing its own specialized algorithm.
The Company will develop its trading algorithm to utilizes A.I. and Machine Learning techniques that will execute buy and sell trade orders according to number of factors, and statistical trading data points.
Key Trading Triggers
– RSI overbought or oversold
– Increasing or decreasing volume
– Moves above or below key moving averages
– Recent news or 8K filings
– As well as other data indicators
In addition, the algorithm will also be trained to read filing documents through a machine learning process to determine risk factors of short-term dilution from toxic note conversions, and their maturity schedule.
Using A.I. to trade a basket of stocks is not something new as many larger trading firms on Wall Street utilize these for trading larger ‘big board’ issues. More recent, the market saw the launch of a new ETF called The AI Powered Equity ETF (NYSE:AIEQ), which seeks results through its proprietary quantitative models developed by Equbot with IBM Watson artificial intelligence.
Our team of data science programmers will look to develop a simpler algorithm focused specifically on penny stock sector. This trading platform will not be open to general public to trade through, but rather as our own proprietary holding as we embark on building a host of new and unique A.I. based fintech projects.
Automate Shareholder Communications
The Company has also begun exploring, in conjunction with its mobile app partner AppSwarm (OTC:SWRM), the development of A.I. enabled shareholder communication tools for small public companies utilizing virtual assistants such as Google’s recently announce Google Duplex customer engagement platform. The product would interact with shareholders or investors providing them with most recent news, information on the company, schedule calls, or to have information mailed out to them. This could go a long way in both helping increase shareholder engagement, while also decreasing costs for smaller public companies by automating their IR and shareholder communication needs.
AI VentureTech is developing a team of PhD’s and Data Science experts focused on developing research solutions in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Robotics.
